West Fork is here to help you take a practical next step. This page explains the ground rules, including the roles of independently licensed plumbers.
1. About this website and these Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to fortworthrepiping.com and related website features offered under the West Fork Repiping Co. brand ("West Fork," "we," or "us"). By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
These Terms govern the website, information requests, and related communications. A separate written proposal or service agreement, when one is provided, governs the scope, price, scheduling, responsibilities, and any warranties for a specific plumbing project. Nothing on this website replaces that agreement.
2. Our role and third-party contractor disclosure
West Fork Repiping Co. coordinates service requests and project communications. Plumbing fieldwork is performed by independent, appropriately licensed and insured contractors. License information for the contractor responsible for your project is available upon request.
West Fork handles the customer-facing inquiry and coordination process, including discussing the work requested, communicating project information, and helping arrange an appropriate contractor evaluation or quote. The specific plumbing contractor, licensing details, work scope, party responsible for the plumbing contract, and payment terms must be identified through the project-specific proposal or agreement before work begins.
Independent contractors are responsible for performing regulated plumbing work within the limits of their licenses and for their applicable field obligations, including required permits, inspections, and trade standards. West Fork does not represent that its brand name is itself an individual plumbing license or that every request can be accepted. This description is not a claim of exemption from any applicable licensing or advertising law.
3. Service requests, estimates, and availability
Submitting a request or speaking with us does not create an obligation for West Fork or a contractor to accept a job. We may ask for photographs, property location, pipe materials, age of the property, access details, and the type of problem to determine the next practical step. We may share relevant details with contractors involved in evaluating or fulfilling your request.
Published price ranges are general budgeting information, not binding offers. A final quote depends on investigation, access, materials, local permit requirements, restoration scope, and any conditions discovered. No price, start date, arrival time, outcome, or project completion schedule is guaranteed unless confirmed in a project-specific written agreement.
The phone number may accept inquiries at any hour, but 24/7 contact does not guarantee an immediate technician, emergency dispatch, or same-day completion. For an active water leak, shut off the affected supply if safe and call the appropriate emergency service when there is an immediate threat to life or property.
4. Project contracts, payments, and warranties
Before work begins, review the written estimate or agreement for the parties involved, total scope and price, excluded work, permits, wall access and restoration, testing, expected water interruption, payment schedule, and any express warranty. Do not rely on general website descriptions in place of those terms.
Payment arrangements and any warranty are those stated in the applicable written project agreement. This website does not create any separate product warranty, workmanship guarantee, insurance coverage, or financing commitment. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
5. Calls, messages, and electronic communications
By submitting your contact details in connection with a service inquiry, you request contact about that inquiry by telephone, email, or text at the details you provided, subject to applicable law. Messages may cover questions about your project, estimates, appointments, scheduling changes, and service follow-up. Please provide a number and email address you are authorized to use.
Calls may be answered by an automated assistant or other communications technology, and communications may be recorded or transcribed where appropriate notice and legally required consent are obtained. These processes are described further in the Privacy Policy.
We do not treat an estimate request as blanket consent to unrelated automated marketing calls or texts. Any promotional communications requiring separate consent will be handled separately. You may ask us to stop nonessential communications by emailing [email protected]. If you receive text messages, reply STOP where that option is provided.
6. Website information, images, and links
We aim to offer useful explanations of repiping, materials, cost factors, and local requirements. Information is general and may not fit your property or replace an in-person evaluation. Plumbing codes, permits, and project conditions vary by jurisdiction and scope. Only qualified professionals should make final technical decisions about regulated plumbing work.
Illustrative site photographs show representative work scenarios and are not proof of a particular completed project or the identity of an assigned contractor. Website content, design, photographs, logos, and materials may not be copied or commercially reused without permission, except where the law allows.
Links to official agencies and other permitted resources are provided for convenience. We do not control those websites, and a link is not an endorsement of every statement on the linked page.
7. Acceptable use and submitted content
Use the website lawfully. Do not submit fraudulent requests, impersonate another person, attempt to disrupt the website, access systems without authorization, use automated scraping that burdens the service, or send malicious material.
If you send project descriptions or photographs, you confirm that you have the right to provide them. You authorize West Fork and the contractors involved in your requested service to use that information as reasonably needed to evaluate, communicate about, and fulfill your request. We do not claim ownership of your photographs.
8. Availability, responsibility, and legal limitations
We work to maintain a useful website, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, the absence of errors, or that every service is available at every location. To the extent permitted by applicable law, website content is provided on an as-available basis, without creating additional promises beyond any applicable written contract.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a right, remedy, duty, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under applicable consumer-protection, negligence, and plumbing laws. Project-specific disputes and obligations are governed by the applicable written contract and governing law.
9. Privacy and personal information
Our Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected through forms, calls, messages, and site technology; how it may be used; and when it is shared with contractors and service providers. Please review the Privacy Policy before submitting a request.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms as the website and services change. The updated version will show its effective date on this page. Changes do not retroactively replace the terms of a signed project contract.
