More than new pipes. A better experience getting them replaced.
A leaking pipe is one problem. Figuring out who to call, what needs replacing, how long the water will be off and what happens to your walls can feel like four more.
West Fork Repiping Co. gives Fort Worth property owners one place to start. We listen to the problem, help arrange the right assessment, put the proposed scope into words you can understand, and coordinate installation through appropriately licensed and insured plumbing contractors. You should know what is happening and who to contact along the way.
We serve Fort Worth and nearby communities, not a one-size-fits-all national territory.
Start with a phone conversation. In-home or virtual review can be arranged as appropriate for the scope.
Plumbing installation is performed by licensed and insured contractors, with appropriate professional supervision for the work.
Materials, piping runs, access, expected shutoffs and restoration responsibilities belong in the estimate.
Built around Fort Worth homes and businesses.
A house near Fairmount may have different pipe materials and access challenges from a newer home in north Fort Worth. A busy shop, apartment building or restaurant brings an entirely different set of shutdown concerns. We start with your property, not an off-the-shelf repipe pitch.
We're focused on the Fort Worth area and the surrounding communities we serve. When your project needs an on-site look, the assessment is tied to your actual building and the contractor who can perform the work locally.

One point of contact
We coordinate the customer side of the project so questions about the estimate, schedule and next steps have a clear place to go.
Local licensed plumbers
Appropriately licensed and insured contractors carry out the regulated plumbing work. Ask about the contractor and licensing information for your specific project.
Protection for your property
Before installation begins, the plan should cover work areas, access openings, floor protection, expected water shutoffs and cleanup responsibilities.
Clear written expectations
We want you to see the proposed materials, fixtures, testing, permits where applicable, finish work and any warranty terms before committing.
Your written proposal should make the scope, price, schedule expectations and any applicable warranty terms clear before work begins.
Six steps. From the first call to the final walkthrough.
We work to make the complicated parts understandable. Here's the sequence you can expect, with the exact timing and scope based on your property.
Tell us what's going wrong
Call (817) 813-1418 or request an estimate. Repeated leaks, brown water, pressure loss, old pipes or a planned renovation all give us a place to start. Our number is available 24/7 for urgent requests.
Get the right evaluation
We gather the property details and discuss what needs to be checked. Depending on the job, the next step may be a virtual consultation, photos or an in-home assessment. We don't assume one leak means you need every pipe replaced.
Review a written estimate
See the proposed pipe materials, lines and fixtures covered, access needs, planned water shutoffs and what is included for testing, permits and wall restoration. Ask questions before you approve the scope.
Schedule around real life
We coordinate timing with the plumbing contractor and explain site preparation. For commercial or occupied multifamily jobs, that also means considering business hours, tenant notice and phased water access.
Have the plumbing installed
Licensed and insured plumbers perform the fieldwork. Work areas and access are managed according to the agreed plan, while questions about project coordination have a clear point of contact.
Test, finish and walk through
Pressure testing, reconnection, required inspections, cleanup and any included wall repairs should be handled as described in the written scope. Review the completed work and any applicable care or warranty information.
We're responsible for the customer experience. Licensed contractors handle the plumbing.
Repiping has several moving parts, and the customer shouldn't have to guess who handles which part. Our local service approach separates coordination from the regulated plumbing work without turning your project into a collection of disconnected appointments.
- The initial conversation and project intake
- Information needed to prepare an estimate
- Questions about the written scope
- Scheduling and customer communication
- Follow-up on agreed project details
- On-site plumbing evaluation where needed
- Installation methods and regulated fieldwork
- Applicable permits and inspections
- System testing and code-related decisions
- Technical work and required professional supervision

Less runaround. A clearer handoff.
That means knowing which step you're on, what the plumber needs from you, and what happens after the installation. The goal is a well-scoped project, not another confusing appointment.
The right plan depends on the building.
We don't treat an occupied apartment complex like a single-family house. The scale, occupants and water-shutdown consequences change what a good plan looks like.

Repiping quotes can look wildly different because they may include different things. A number by itself won't tell you whether drywall repairs, permit responsibilities, water shutdowns or every fixture connection are included.
What we want every proposal to make clear
- ✓ Full replacement, partial replacement or rerouting?
- ✓ Which hot and cold water lines and fixtures are covered?
- ✓ PEX, copper or another permitted material, and why?
- ✓ How will work areas and finishes be protected?
- ✓ When is water expected to be off, and how is it restored?
- ✓ Which testing, permits, inspections, repairs and warranty terms are included?
Published local budgets for whole-home repiping vary with the size of the system and access needs. Our Fort Worth repiping cost guide explains the typical drivers. Your actual project price comes from its agreed scope, not a generic estimate on a website.
We know it's more than a plumbing job to you.
A repipe may affect kitchens, bathrooms, laundry areas and finished walls. Before work begins, the discussion should include what has to be opened, how living areas will be protected, when water will be available and how repairs will be handled.
No blanket one-day promise. A fair plan reflects the house, the chosen system and the amount of work.

West Fork focuses on Fort Worth and nearby North Texas communities, including Benbrook, White Settlement, Saginaw, Haltom City, Lake Worth, North Richland Hills, Keller and Burleson. We can discuss the property location and contractor availability before scheduling an evaluation.
Give us the address, tell us what the pipes are doing and let us know whether water is actively leaking or you are planning ahead. We'll help work out the next sensible step.
(817) 813-1418What customers ask us before getting started.
Do you do the plumbing work yourselves?
West Fork manages customer communication and project coordination. Appropriately licensed and insured plumbing contractors perform the fieldwork under applicable Texas requirements. We can explain who will be responsible for the plumbing on your job.
Can I get an estimate without having someone out first?
We can start by phone and review photos or other details when helpful. Some projects can be discussed virtually; others require an in-home or on-site evaluation before a reliable written scope or price can be provided. We'll explain which applies to yours.
Does one leak mean my whole house needs new pipes?
No. A targeted repair may make more sense when the problem is isolated. Repeated failures, deteriorating pipe materials and wider system problems may change that recommendation. The condition and scope need evaluating rather than assuming.
Will I have to move out or lose water for days?
Not necessarily. Shutdown windows depend on the installation plan, isolation valves and the number of fixtures involved. We aim to explain the expected disruption before work is scheduled, rather than giving every property the same promise.
What happens if the contractor finds something unexpected?
Hidden conditions can change a repiping scope. Material changes or added work should be explained and agreed before proceeding, with any effect on the price or schedule documented.
You shouldn't have to figure out your plumbing problem on your own.
Tell us what is happening. We'll help you understand the next step, whether that's investigating a recurring leak or planning a complete water-line replacement.
